We covered a lot of ground as usual but still managed to have a picnic (thanks again to the Daly&#8217;s for hosting!) One important note, we passed a resolution to increase dues by $50 per lot to dedicate to road maintenance expenses. We had a &#8220;more snow plowing than usual&#8221; winter (especially early in the season) and therefore spent a larger percentage of the roads budget over the winter. We are working on a contract for road maintenance and expect to have work done in the next few weeks. Also of note, we adopted a new procedure for collection of unpaid dues, as required by the State of Colorado &#8211; attached here: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mlmepoa.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/MLMEPOA-COLLECTIONS-POLICY.pdf\">MLMEPOA Collections Procedure<\/a> . We plan to have our first board meeting with the new members on Mon. Aug 25. Have a wonderful fall season!
